On Sunday 1st September Drain Geyser Plumbing Experts came out to replace a burst geyser in our complex.
They wanted the owner's signed ID and mine (since I am the Secretary of the complex) and told us they will hold us personally responsible for the account if the insurance does not pay. They REFUSED to replace the surrounding panels and plainly said they are not carpenters and threatened us again that they will hold the owner and me responsible for the account if they are not paid. Then they sent an invoice without an amount and after a struggle they gave us an account. This is bad attitude and unfinished service. Don't use them!!!
