Good day i hate reporting people or companies but this has to do with a claim htru the standard bank house insurance . my geyser had burst or leaked tuesday and they came to replace it on thursday . by 2am friday morning it started pouring out by the overflow pipe and i contacted them in the morning 8.45am. their response was they will send somebody out after 1pm. they arrived after 3 and i was not home but my husband was. they said its a manufactures fault and they must report it. i understand its weekend which is my concern . i then phoned standard bank insurance only to discover they never even lodged the complain yet . (plumbers). also i had a new part on there i wanted back we bought the day before thinking its that only for them to break the part while them supossedly being experts should have been able to take off easily . so there goes a R400 down the drain too . my complaint is to make people aware that their plumbers should be interviewed well next time and standard bank should really look at who they contract to fix their plumbing problems
