After being told by Jarrod Len that if I write a compliment on Hello Peter for him to then come and fix my pool, he then wrote me another filthy email to tell me that everything I was saying was a lie, and continued to insult me and my family on a personal level.
My pool is in a worse off condition than before Jarrod Len and Crystal Clear Pools came to my premises.
And they damaged the bricks in my front yard, as well as the paid for and installed heat pump.
Jarrod Len is completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that you NEVER use Crystal Clear Pools unless you are willing to part with your money, and have Jarrod Len threaten you on a personal level.
