Called Pieter on the 04/09/2013 to follow up on an email that was sent to him by Steven at Builders Warehouse. Pieter said he hasn't't received the email but will check with the Anita at the office and that I can do the same because they would have sent out a rep. also that he would be meeting Josey the following day. Later that day Anita called telling me she is sure that I have been told that if not installed by a preferred installer they don't guarantee their product but she will call Jhb and TRY to get me a better rate on a new panel. I explained to her that I'm not paying for another panel and reminded her that nothing about preferred installer was explained at point of sale. That same day Anita called again saying Pieter and Josey will meet and that they will call me back. That was 6 days ago. What happened to sending out a rep and the customer service. This is the kind of SERVICE these guys deliver. I feel that this is a complete "rip off" as its not the first time their panels just shatters.
