Finally, someone in the building/property game worth dealing with.
I had a number of issues with the apartment I was moving out of. I primarily needed someone to seal some moisture damaged wall paint, and replace carpets. Mary and her team offered a one stop shop WAY beyond what they typically deal with.
I've grown so accustomed to poor service that when someone says "I'll call you back", I immediately assume that I've hit a dead end. Mary kept me in the loop, often outside of office hours, and I actually really felt like I could rely on them.
I can't recommend them more highly. Save yourself the time and frustration and deal with people that remember what it is to provide a quality service.
