I was generally happy with their service and the doors operated fine for almost a year when the motors started losing their programming (ie remote doesn't open the door any more). I called them and they were very efficient in responding.
The second motor started doing the same this week so I called them only to find out they have closed down!
Does anybody else know who can service an EazyLift motor?
