I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Dulux at the Somerset West Interchange branch and the Dulux head office in Cape Town. I bought 60L Rock Grip paint from them and about 5 days after I applied it marks and discolouration appeared after it rained. I reported it to the Somerset West branch and they referred it to the Head office who sent a person out to the site to inspect. He took samples and promised to report back about what his findings were. After a couple days I called numerous times to find out what was the results of the tests but I was promises that someone would call back. After several months I never received any feedback or a follow up call from the local branch. I had to spend more money on labour and materials to repaint the affected areas with new paint from another company.
I'm really disappointed because I also spoke to the branch manager but that also did not make a difference.
