Anyone who is looking at replacing their walls should look somewhere else. These people are so unprofessional. They are rude and don't care about service and delivery. We got a quote to do our walls. We sms the proof of payment to the contact we have of them, the Owner is overseas. The Manager call to inform me that they cant do the work cause he didn't get a proof of payment. We informed him that it was sms to the contact we have. I asked him to please check his bank because by now the monies should reflect, it was done 3 day ago. He tell me that he cant check because he doesn't have his laptop, so what to do i ask? He tells me not his problem. I tell him to contact the Person we sms the proof, he cant get hold of him he tells me. I call the guy and he picks up. I call Laren again, he tells me hes got no one to come out to do the job. I asked him then why he just didn't say so in the 1st place instead of telling us we didn't pay? He tells me i must get cheeky with him otherwise he will drop the phone... what the??? Informed him that i will call my lawyer, he tells me that i can he really doesn't care???!!! Worse service ever.
