Another Hardware store promised to order a certain product for me. After two weeks I still haven't heard from them and then found out they haven't even ordered this product. I was told to go to Jack's Paint, how refreshing. I received excellent service from Brett Glanvill. He actually ordered the product and phoned when it arrived. It took only 4 days!
