I have lodged a request with russels to have a broken couch collected from my home for repairs. It has been about a month and the 1st time the people came they said the couches were 2 big 2 be taken out at the door so the door would have to be removed. They claim to have came for a second time, however, my nanny at home says no one came. They came a 3rd time and said the same thing about the door but also said they were in a hurry for another delivery and could not assist with the door I need to get someone to remove my door so they can get the couches out the following day which would have been a week ago. I contacted Gladys from he warehouse who advised they would collect on monday and today is wednesday still no collection or contact. I have also been in contact with Rina from the Andries street branch who lodged the request with the warehouse for me, but she also keeps referring me back to Gladys. I want to settle my account with russels, but I can't before they fix my couch
