We appointed Slip No More to install anti-slip grip treatments to the stairs of 6 blocks in our complex. Shortly after the application and payment in full of the work done it came to our attention that in one of the buildings the treatment was not properly applied. I reported this to Dean, between 26 June and now we have made no less than 6 calls leaving messages and sent 9 emails requesting assistance. Dean came to inspect the problem and promissed to have a team attend to it, however, since his promise we have had no contact from him, he does not return our calls, neither does he respond to our emails.
There is no after sales service which makes one wonder what the guarantee Slip No More provides when they sell you their product is worth?
