Our geyser just didn't give us any hot water anymore as from Friday night. So we phoned Monster Plumbing Saturday morning and a few hours later we got a call to say that a technician will be there in the next hour and Justin showed up. He knew exactly what he was doing, had everything he needed with him - and even asked if we needed water for our baby's bottle before he turns off the water for a while. He even phoned an hour and a half later to make sure that we do have hot water. Thank you for the excellent and quick service. Really a breath of fresh air in this day and age.
