Very Disappointed Client - Poor service Delivery

Firstly, a remedial job was done on my kitchen cupboards, installed by ASHCRAFT INTERIORS as the wrap started to come off completely on the one side panel and all the "ends" also started to peel off. I paid a huge amount (R40000.00) even though I received much cheaper quotes at the time of installation. The fact that this company was affiliated with KSA gave me peace of mind that what I was paying for was guaranteed in all areas (quality, workmanship, customer service before and after, etc.)The salesperson, Sarvesan, was very good at the time but following my initial complaint, after months of calling his cell and landline, he also doesn't bother about basic customer service like returning calls and keeping to his word. When I eventually got a hold of him, he put me through to the owner, Ashwin, who at that time promised to come out himself and assess. He did not do so and two weeks after our initial conversation, he couldn't even recall the discussion and cut me off a good few times. I find him to be arrogant with absolutely no people skills at all. Subsequentl emails as well as photos of the incomplete job was sent through to both salesperson and owner, no response yet.
