Poor communication and bad attitude

Dear Mr Uys,

This week I had my patio roof installed by your company. This is my third patio roof installation over the years done by your company and I have always admired your company's professionalism and efficiency. I have always promoted your company to anyone asking for recommendations and I would have always chosen your company for any future installation. In fact, I turned down quotes from reputable companies for this installation that were more then R6000 cheaper because I knew and trusted your company.

That all changed this week however as your works manager decided to change, without informing myself or your salesperson, the entire configuration of the installation. I have the original configuration drawing agreed upon by the salesperson and myself and it is completely different from what was installed. The reason I was given for this deviation from agreement was that it was "easier". I equate this to a swimming pool installer installing a new pool in a completely different site simply because it was "easier" and who cares it is now behind the garage!
