I had kitchen renovations done by Home Decor Interiors last year. Admittedly, it was a small kitchen so I wasn't their highest paying customer, but I thought that by paying the extra price they quoted, I'd receive a higher level of workmanship and service. Sadly, this was NOT the case and I am thoroughly disappointed and will NEVER recommend them.
The job was rushed, the snag list took 6 months to be partially resolved. It is still not fully resolved but I've given up hope. There were so many shortcuts taken during the job - no outside extractor hole was made, the tile grouting was of such poor quality it had to be completely redone (in fact it needs to be done again), the gas hob was placed too close to the wall so I can't use large pots/pans on the bigger gas rings, and the list goes on. It is just appalling with so many broken promises!
Even after escalating the problems to Management (Pat), I sadly didn't experience any delivery improvements and the result is that I will NEVER recommend Home Decor Interiors and in fact strongly recommend they are not even considered as a contractor.
They are a lot more expensive but sadly this gives no guarantee of good quality work or service.
