M&M all electronics collected my fridge in Jan 2013, They phoned 2 days ago saying he fridge is working after they replaced the Compressor. After 2 weeks of "monitoring" the fridge They then delivered the Fridge to me yesterday.
2 Shelves went missing, the water bottle is now leaking and the fridge has frozen up again this morning, no water is been dispensed and the fresh vegetables i bought yesterday is again throw away. The delivery gentlemen said he would notify m&m all regarding the missing items and the leaking water and someone would call me back yesterday. This has not happened yet.
When the workshop manager from m&m phoned me on Monday, He confirmed that everything is working and there are no issues, it is now safe to assume no actual QA was done.
I Still the same issue since December 2011 with no resolution.
