Had a problem with a cutting list provided to me by a carpenter that claimed to know what he was doing. When I went to have it done by builders he was not happy with the results and tried to blame it on them and on me not submitting the correct numbers.
Both the gentlemen in question kept their cool, showed him that the fault was not mine but his. Trevor suggested that I get another carpenter and I did do so. Clarence came and gladly uploaded the incorrect cut boards. They sorted it out and came to the resque of a female in need.
