After contracting Ngwato Cane Factory to repair our cane patio suite, we read the bad comment on Hellopeter. We were very worried but had already paid our deposit. Thankfully our suite has been returned within the timeframe promised and a very professional job.

customer is always right yes we at cane factory believe on that but there are terms and conditions upon every sales or purchase if the client does not reach those the supplier get blamed,let's not kill our south African economy buy killing business out of lies

No they don't. Ask people who has been burnt by this company and they will tell you the agony they had to go through to get what is owed to them. Many reviews about this company with same end result!!
