I Bought rods worth R2560 from Builders centurion installation and delivery paid for on 01/08/2013. Nobody has phoned me yet to indicate (today is 08/08/2013) when it will be delivered. I phoned 2 times on 07/08/2013 to find out when delivery will take place. On both occasions I gave the qoute number (35117) and they said they will phone me back and did not (it is now 08/08/2013, time 10:16). I phoned just now and there are no answer.
They also need to replace the previous installation that they did as there are scrape marks on the one rods end (silver cap).
