CJ Maintenance was appointed to build a 36m2 studio over my garage. Johnny van Staden took money for materials which he did not deliver to site. His workmanship was so disgusting the engineer refused to accept it. He ducked and dived for several weeks, refusing to answer his phone, and not arriving on site. Eventually we had to fire him and appoint new builders. The new builders had to remove and redo the wooden ffloor and the roof, as well as install a dry wall in front off the wall CJ Mintenance biuit which was leaning inward. Johnny used inferior quality materials which we had to remove and replace. We have spent double the original estimated cost. It is pointless trying to sue CJ because Johnny appears to be bankrupt. BE WARNED - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHARLATAN!!!
