I had a problem with my shower lever in my bath tub and contacted Hangrohe. I was contacted on the same day advising me that they will be at my premises the next day to repair the fault. The technician arrived the next day (after contacting me first) and found that he did not have the correct part and would have to order one from Germany. He then contacted me again the next day to advise that he in fact managed to obtain one, and promptly arranged to have it fitted the same day. The best part - I did not have to pay a cent as the product carries a 15 year warrantee. Sharp, friendly and efficient service all round.
