We received a call earlier the afternoon informing us that unexpected family will be arriving early the following morning to attend a business meeting and that they would be residing with us. We prepared the guest suites for there arrival. At approximately 17.30h, there was a deafening sound and water gushing in the bathroom. On inspection we found that there was a problem with the shower mixer and water was gushing all over. I immediately contacted Eben smit of Watertech who contacted Ighsaan Hugo to attend to our problem. Despite the fact that it was after hours, he arrived within 45 minutes at our residence. He attended to the problem with professionalism and personally cleaned up the excess water. To our disappointment another part also broke in the interim and the initial water problem was solved but the resulting damage caused the bathroom to be unusable. He assured us that he would be back later the evening with the additional part as he has to juggle his time between a family function he was attending at the time of our call but assured us it will be sorted before our guest arrived at 07.30h the following morning. He arrived back at 23.30h & completed the job, The Cobra Way!!!
