I dealt with the CEO After I was sent there by the outlet. I am a contractor and its the 3rd occasion where I have used the paint and after 2 coats it never covered. They assisted at first and said my application was wrong where in fact there diabolical method which no painter uses didn't cover after 2 coats either. There attitude was that they cant do anything further and I must pay a independent company to test there paint out. I have used many paint companies products and never ever had a problem but only with Universal. There service is no good. 1 should be certain to assist even if giving out a drum to cover the 3rd coat which now cost me to buy another 20ltr as i need consistency and I have to pay for labour which is ridiculous. I wasn't able to get hold of the CEO so the CEO'S Son dealt with me and he said he doubts i would anyway after i said i wont use there paint again. I find there service unprofessional and unhelpful, I am utterly disappointed and will think twice about using there product again.
