Had we known it was going to be such a frustration buying wood from a reputable company we would have never gone ahead with this project. From the beginning we had problems with the orders then delay in the delivery of the wood. Even when it did arrive the carpenter informed us that the edging required on the wood was not done. When we approached the company they insist it's no fault of theirs and that the cost of this roll would be more than r1000. The manager was rude and abrupt and refused to acknowledge that they were at fault. This eventually lead to us walking out of the store. Furthermore, a piece of wood delivered was scratched and damaged and had to be returned.
