Crystal Fires gave me a 3 month guarantee on the regrouting & workmanship of the work performed on my fireplace chimney. Within a month after, the grout eroded, resulting in a regrout needed. To date, I have contacted Louise (owner) 5 times to honour the guarantee, with no success! She even hangs up during the conversation and does not answer thereafter. Crystal Fires (Louise) has failed to honour her workmanship guarantee, and her attitude towards her customer is pathetic and unprofessional. To date, I have contacted another representative of this company, who has told me that he is no longer affiliated to Crystal Fires, and Louise. In addition, this representative tried to reason with Louise whom and stated that she had visited us when we were not home, and left a can of grout & a note at our front door! Needless to say, this did not occur, let alone the complete lack of professionalism of this act! I urge all consumers to not fall into this same trap. My only option is to report Louise to the consumer council for blatantly pathetic service, and failing to honour a guarantee. I am absolutely livid with this type of treatment!
