First email sent to Company: Hi Louise, my attempt to get a fire going ended in my house being smoked out. I contacted you via SMS and left numerous cell phone messages asking for your help. I had no choice but to get a chimney sweep who shifted the appliance and removed soot which filled a black plastic bag.
Your service of the 19-April-2013 was not done properly. I wish you to reimburse me with R 350.00. Bank details:, ABSA, Melville Branch, Code 634-005, A/C No. 40-5549-7567.
Please advise by return of email of remittance date.
