I had the pleasure of dealing with a consultant named Louise esterhuizen a few months a ago, I understand that King price's client care department was not very efficient because of them being very new. Louise took my query handled it efficiently and gave me her direct number which I still use to contact her to this day. Sorry for posting this compliment after so long, but better late than never.
