Refusal to replace damaged goods - damaged by them

Suppliers installers damaged ceiling boards whilst erecting roof and packing roof tiles. Upon reporting this to John & Doorie, I was accused of deception, shouted at and the phone put down in my ear on numerous calls to them, when requesting their response. I would strongly advise to rather approach another company, as customer service and satisfaction is not part of their policy. They are only interested in getting their money and would not even attempt to rectify their mistakes.
