I have no idea whether their product is any good (waterproofing and painting) as I had grief just getting a quotation out of them. Their response time is pathetic. Their owner is unprofessional, very poorly presented, and full of excuses in response to broken promises. Overall a waste of my time when I could have been dealing with other suppliers who might treat their customers with some respect. I don't appreciate having to hound them to give them my business when my time is also valuable.
