Bought a water heating system. Had it installed but it was leaking water from the inside. I phoned in and requested a replacement, which they sent and i had the one installed again. This one only worked for a day or two and then it was dead. I was told to replace my regulator from the gas bottle, which i did. Still no, luck. I was then told to replace batteries with duracel batteries, still no response from the geyser.
I then phoned in, as per advise from my lawyers, again and explained the situation and was told they will get back to me. Till this day nothing. I then phoned the sales manager who advised that i should write an e-mail. This i did and sent it to the sales person. Till this day i have had no response.
I will phone my lawyers again tomorrow so they can handle the matter for me.
