I paid a deposit towards a wall unit, five days later my husband went to the shop to cancel the deal and the shop is now refusing to refund the full amount paid and they want to hold back 10% of the deposit. We asked them what is the 10% for and they said its the handling fee. The shop sold the wall unit to another customer on the same day so I dont understand what they are charging the handling fee for.
