Len from Weatherdoor not bothered to turn up

Len made an appointment to meet me at my home at 08h00 in Stellenbosch. Phone his office to enquire when he left only for Len to pick up the phone in Cape Town. No phoning back to cancel the appointment. I had to cancel two meetings to attend this one. I can not believe that someone would be this disrespectful and create such damage to his brand in these economic times.
