In order to assist with the saving of electricity we decided to install a suntank solar geyser for our benefit as well as for the community, BUT as usual we incountered problems, the instalation took place ont the 28th May and when arriving home to find that my bathroom ceiling with a huge whole and the old gyser not drained, no phone call to advise why, which i enquired about and was told that it would be fixed, only on the 10th did they arrive without notice and done a patch up job and once again advised them of the unsatisfactory workmanship that was received. To date 14/06/2013 have had no feedback as well as still having no one come and drain the water from the old geyser and yet we are having to pay 60% upfont for this kind of service, besides that the picture that we were shown to us on how it would look and to what we received is so different and is certainly a very ugly site. So basically my complaint is bad service and false advertising. NOT HAPPY AT ALL, especially when one is paying cash and receiving this kind of service.!!!
