We sold our house and 5 star plumbing & gas were referred to us by Ridco to obtain our Gas certificate.
Ashley May the owner of the business did the installation together with his staff member.
Their workmanship is nothing but shoddy - they drilled holes into cupboards that did not need to be drilled, fitted a white plastic cover over the gas bottle which is skew and with black hinges and re-fitted our oven so badly that the oven is no longer aligned and is loosing heat through the seal.
What's more is that he treated his staff member with a total lack of respect which was embarrassing to witness, not to mention the fact that he was condescending and rude to my au-pair and nanny.
We refused to pay and callled Ashley back to come and fix up his pathetic workmanship only to receive an abusive email in return and an even shoddier attempt at fixing up his bad workmanship. So much so, we paid him simply to get rid of him and not have to deal with Ashley again.
I seriously recommend staying away from this disgusting company.
