After experiencing a number of let-downs and negatives with a previous vehicle repair centre/persons, I contacted Ashley's Auto as a last ditch effort to get my vehicle sorted out. From the onset, Ashley was attentive and actually took stock of everything I mentioned regarding the vehicle faults being experienced. The initial diagnostic meeting was extremely informative and you could tell immediately he knew what he was doing as he was so thorough, and explained everything he was doing along the way. It was clear immediately that he wanted to assist and get my vehicle back on the road again, and ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Not only did he diagnose an alternator fault immediately, and was spot on about it, but what I expected to take a week to repair, took him a mere day.
