In March this year I bought a fridge and at the same time " put aside" a SMEG gas cooker. I paid a R2000.00 deposit on the basis that they would provide the cooker at the same price but only at the end of May as I had to have renovations done prior to fitting the cooker. At the beginning of June I was informed that the contractor was bankrupt and could not carry out the renovations. I called Bernadette to advise her and they promptly refunded my R2000.00 in cash!!! Now that is great customer service!!!
