Hi, I bought DCH300 -Defy premium 600 chimney hood from Purple Fly in December, . I reside in Lephalale and have looked all over for the chimney hood without luck but finally got it from them. I explained my situation and how urgent i needed the chimney hood as i was busy renovating my kitchen and I wanted the chimney hood to be installed before the 3rd week of December. They told me they will see how they can assist, I paid them on the 5th December and on 10th December the cooker hood was delivered at my house (lephalale).
Just wanted to say, thank you for the good service and going an extra mile to help me...
