The service and the initial communication was perfect. Adrian came to our home and the bed was exactly what I was looking for. The terms was 100 percent payment up front and they clearly outlined that it would take about 6-8 weeks for delivery. End of November 2012 I paid for the bed and by the first week of February I finally got delivery after many emails and telephone calls. However, I was told that there was a problem with the motor and that this would come in about another two weeks as it was coming from Germany.
It is now end May and after dozens of emails, calls and promises, I still don't have a complete bed with a motor. I also bought the bed for back problems and all I want is a fully completed bed. Adrian promised to come back to me as I know they have had delivery delays from Germany and that a new motor design is coming out and has been promised. I am at my wits end. But I have never been spoken to badly or sworn at - just promises that have not been fulfilled to date.
I have to have faith that my motor will arrive as I honestly don't want to go the legal route and the bed is amazing, never slept better. I wish Adrian would call me soon with good news.
