In July 2012 I purchased an adjustable bed and two pillows. After I put I deposit down excuses already started with regard to delivery. Finally my bed was delivered but the pillows R800 each were not the same as I ordered. Adrian promised to exchange them. Since then I am still battling to get the correct pillows. Excuse they are waiting for a container to arrive (8 months later). I experienced a problem with the bed, the remote would not work. Its always a mission to get hold of this guy, said check batteries, I am not stupid, it was the first thing I did. My bed was in the erect position and I was left for a couple of days like this, before I managed to get a local technician to try and help me. He managed to get the remote working but warned me it was faulty and needed to be replaced. A mission to get hold of Adrian and only then did he explain to us where we could find the manual button to release the bed and bring it down to level position.
We informed that he needed to replace the remote and I also reminded him about the pillows. A month has passed and I have once again got the Container Excuse It is a huge mission to get to talk or communicate with him.
