We requested Property Projects to install a new geyser and paid him a deposit to start the work. After we paid him in September we found that the had not installed a new geyser at all. Since then we're trying to get him to refund the money. To date he has been avoiding calls, emails & messages. He sometimes responds to say he'll refund it but it never happens. We paid him to fix a garage door and kitchen light which he didn't do. We need a refund for that too. We gave him the go-ahead to install a boundary fence and to date the job has not yet been completed. As far as I am concerned this is. The public need to be aware that this company is money where ever they can.
