Otto came to measure and quote to remove glued down carpets and to sand and varnish upstairs wooden floor. They requested 50% immediate down payment of R3660.
They claimed 30 years experience in the business but when they arrived on 14th May 2013, they had a small, old, rented sanding machine which clogged up immediately they started. They went off to find a bigger machine but did not return.
Two days later we cancelled and asked for our money back. Two weeks later they still do not respond to calls or email.
