Ordered and paid for a fireplace and installation in march of this year! heatwave kept postponing installation date and when they eventually were supposed to pitch at 9am to instal, they eventually got to me after 3pm! the base was not what i ordered and was in terrible condition, eventually got a refund for that! they left the roof unpainted around the chimney - they were supposed to come and finish the job last monday, no-one arrived, no apology, no explanation, no reply to my e-mails - have even mailed their head office, still waiting for a response!
