I ordered a Jenny Hipster leather strap watch from CAG holdings and received it eventually after 2 months. I received a watch that's way too big for a woman to wear and it looks like a piece of junk. After trying via e-mail to get hold of Clarence for a refund, I eventually got a reply after complaining through City Slicker. I sent the watch back and sent more e-mails to Clarence to send me the proof of refund. And guess what, still no reply!
In the meantime, (not knowing it's the same company) I ordered another watch on the 19th of April. Well, up to date I still haven't received it even after a couple of empty promises from Clarence via e-mail! This company should get rid of Clarence, he is obviously not interested in his job!
