Within 5 different occasions my fiance and I went to the store to figure out if the account is approved with no luck it was not and there was a guy by the name James who was going extra mile by calling Head Office speaking to his Superiors doing what ever it takes to help us opening the account even talking us into being the Jet customers. We even reported the matter 3 time on Hellopeter where we got the REF No:1308130013/GO.
I would like to applaud the only guy with the most patiency I've ever seen in my life he really does his best to bring customers to Jet/Edcon. We struggled to open a simple account and James was the only guy who was encouraging us not to give up as he did his best to make sure Jet doesn't lose a customer.
I don't know if your Jet Mart Potchefstroom management is aware of him and I don't know if you recognize how hard working James is. According to me he's the best, he deserve a compliment this is not for Jet but is for James. Make sure James knows that Jet & Edcon as large is happy with his loyaty to the company.
