James, owner of Circle 7 Projects, quoted on supplying and erecting a Prefabricated Building to be used as a Church. His quotation was inline with our budget so we eagerly accepted it. His quote was all Inclusive of electrical points, flooring, kitchenette, removal of rubble and tree felling. He promised that the project would take no longer than 3 weeks from start to finish! 3 Weeks after starting, there was only R20 000 still owing to him and all we had was an enormous cement slab... no roof or walls! R40 000 later and R20 000 over Budget, we had a cement slab, steel frame and a badly fitted IBR roof! After many broken promises, James stopped taking our calls and disappeared without completing the building or removing rubble as promised!
CIRCLE 7 PROJECTS was in Breach of Contract and James NEVER Delivered on any of his Promises. He deliberately under quoted to get the job and then demanded more money, in order to complete the project claiming that his site foreman had let him down when calculating Bill of Quantities with regards to material required to carry out and complete the project!
We are considering Legal action against CIRCLE 7 PROJECTS - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
