Paid 60% of quote upfront on Joyline's insistence, that they need this for payment of the decking from their supplier; but pior to installation, they requested the balance of 40% outstanding prior to installation (I had now paid 100% ) but have only supplied/installed 1/3 of decking as per quote. She does not have any credit available with the supplier anymore and now cannot supply the balance of decking due to me, for completion of my job;, I have now paid 100% of the quote for installation of decking job; Company seems to have dissappeared, they are not answering the phone or emails. R65 000.00 job, and nothing to show for it!
