I ordered some laptop batteries on the website, they contacted me and told me they were coming from overseas supplier so would be a few days, the next week the batteries were delivered. The batteries did not perform at all well though, and there seemed to be something badly wrong with them. I contacted Leigh-Anne who arranged to have the batteries collected and shipped back to Durban to test them. She then contacted me to say they were taking it up with the supplier but in the meantime had ordered me replacements from another supplier. The replacements arrived a few weeks later and worked perfectly.
I was concerned when the batteries didn't work the first time, however Battery Experts were very apologetic and were quick to replace them.
