I ordered two modems from these guys on the 4th of April and paid them on the 5th. Upon querying the order as well as a return on the 16th of April I was advised that they are still awaiting payment. I confirmed that I paid and so did they via e-mail. I'm still awaiting the two modems.
They also don't seem to be responding well to e-mail. [URL Removed]
