My history with Rampage goes quite a while back. On June 8, 2012 I placed a rather large order with them: RAM, CPU, Mobo, Watercooling System, SSD mounting brackets etc.. When I received the package (nearly 3 weeks late due to them not having stuff in stock, even though on the site it said they did), some components in my parcel were missing. Months went by, and the said they should be getting stock each week etc. Still NOTHING. At a later stage, my sister also decided to order through Rampage. She received the order WEEKS after it was paid for, struggling to get hold of them over the phone, and after getting rude e-mails with bad grammar, they told her that the RAM she paid for got lost in the post somehow and they'd replace it with equivalent RAM (which was a LIE, I traced the package number with the courier and they said that it was never lost), when we opened the parcel, the RAM was already out of its packaging, lying at the bottom of the box.. AND RECENTLY, one of my RAM sticks packed up, so I e-mailed on the 7th of September them asking for warranty info, and about those parts that I have not received for over a year now.. No response via phone or e-mail. DONT TRUST RAMPAGE!!
