Useless Service, call back or reply on email

Take this company more than a week to register a payment made for 2 x Domains. Called them every day the past 4 days, spoke to the CEO and he promised me it will be done on 04/04/2013. They don't call back or don't reply on emails, their mail box are full and they keep on saying I must call back later. The person keeps on telling me, there is no one available in accounts on this stage. Now I must call back on Monday and there is no one I can speak to in management position.
